This model belongs to the first generation of machines having no keyboard and no motor, following the “VII MAX”. It is a typical pattern of precision 9-9-16. There are 9 sliders for setting, 9 digits on the counter and 16 digits for the accumulator. This generation is marked out especially by being the first “stepped-drum” machines, able to run a division fully automatically.
